Estimating is one of the most important tasks for any builder or remodeler. This course will help participants understand how to use the estimate as a powerful management tool. Topics include: quantity takeoff of various materials found in residential construction; labor and equipment productivity; and subcontractor bids. Participants will learn how to develop a bid that includes insurance, labor burden and profit.
